I cannot recommend Paul Siegferth Jr enough. I was wrongfully pulled over by an officer and charged with a first degree misdemeanor. He wrongfully accused me of doing a burnout and even cited me for drag racing when I was completely innocent. The officer was extremely rude and unprofessional. The officer completely blew everything out of proportion. The stop should never have happened in the first place, and it was clear the officer did not understand the law or how to properly handle the situation. In an unfair situation where I could have potentially lost my license for doing absolutely nothing wrong and even possibly faced jail time, I was ready to fight my case until the end because I knew I was innocent. Thankfully, Attorney Paul knew exactly how to approach my case. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication led to my case being completely dismissed. If you ever find yourself in a unfair situation where law enforcement oversteps or fails to do their job correctly due to lack of training, Paul is the attorney you want by your side. Paul represented me on 2 of my cases and the outcome I couldn’t be happier with! I had the pleasure of having Paul Siegferth as my attorney on a traffic court case. Not only was his price very reasonable, he was very honest with me about that he would likely get the same outcome as a public defender but the difference is he would go to court for me and would be available to talk and ease my mind throughout the case. Which after his honesty, it was a no brainer I was choosing to have him represent me and I’m beyond grateful I did, because he absolutely got me a plea deal way better then any public defender could’ve. He truly saved my life, as a single mom with two young children, my licenses means our survival so I can work and he was able to get a plea deal where I kept my licenses.
